2. Service Description

QuickQuoteAuto provides automotive services including but not limited to oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, transmission services, air filter replacements, and diagnostic services. We also offer vehicle sales, leasing, and rental services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on vehicle type, condition, and additional services required. Final pricing will be confirmed before service completion. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4. Warranties

We provide warranties on our services as specified for each service type. Warranty periods vary by service and are detailed in our service descriptions. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuickQuoteAuto's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Vehicle Sales, Lease, and Rental Terms

All vehicle transactions are subject to additional terms and conditions specific to the type of transaction (sale, lease, or rental). Prices are subject to change without notice. All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles and any known issues. Customers must remove all personal items from vehicles before service. QuickQuoteAuto is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Modifications to Terms

QuickQuoteAuto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
